We process all payments securely via Stripe.

Accepted methods

  • Debit/Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro

  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (where supported by your device/browser)

  • Local payment methods (where available at checkout): iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, giropay, Sofort, Przelewy24, etc.

Availability of local methods depends on your billing country, currency, and device. If a method is supported, it will appear automatically at checkout.

Security & authentication

  • All transactions are encrypted (TLS) and processed on Stripe’s PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure.

  • We do not store your full card number on our servers.

  • For European cards, banks may require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA/3-D Secure 2). You might confirm the payment in your banking app or with an SMS code.

Currency & charges

  • All orders are charged in EUR (€).

  • If your card/bank account uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.

When you’re charged

  • Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

  • The descriptor on your statement may appear as “Destiny Cup SRL” or “DESTINYCUP” (varies by bank).

Invoices & VAT

  • A tax invoice/receipt is emailed automatically after successful payment.

Refunds & returns

  • Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions and timelines.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing times may vary.

Having trouble paying?

  • Try another card or method shown at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay).

  • Ensure your bank allows online and international transactions.

  • If an SCA prompt fails, retry and approve the payment in your banking app.
