Returns & Refunds Policy

We want your Destiny Cup to feel perfect. If it doesn’t, here’s how we’ll help.

Overview

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; use the return address below.

Items that cannot be returned

To keep everyone safe and to preserve product integrity, the following are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized / engraved items (including limited serial-number editions)

  • Used drinkware or items with signs of wear, washing, stickers/ink applied, or missing packaging/seals

Note: Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases are not sold by us and therefore do not apply.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

We may grant a partial refund for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any return requested after 30 days from delivery

How to start a return

Email destinycup.com@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number, 2) Reason for return, 3) Photos (if damaged/defective).
    We’ll reply with simple next steps and the return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank/card processing times may vary).

Late or missing refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your card issuer; posting times can vary.

  • Next, contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email support@destinycup.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange the same item, email support@destinycup.com and ship it to the address above after you receive confirmation.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll refund the original purchaser.

Shipping your return

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend a trackable service and shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
