Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to change the address, contact destinycup.com@gmail.com immediately—changes may not be possible once the parcel is handed to the courier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship (new shipping fee applies) or refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t moved on tracking for 7+ days, email destinycup.com@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll help resolve it with the carrier.
