Flat Rate in Europe

  • €12 flat rate per order (any quantity, standard parcels).

  • Wholesale / bulk orders may require a custom shipping quote.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Cut-off time: 11:00 CET. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland: 4–9 business days after dispatch

  • Remote areas or peak seasons may add 1–3 days.

We ship with a trusted courier network (e.g., GLS / DPD / DHL). The selected carrier depends on destination and service availability.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • EU destinations: VAT is handled according to applicable EU rules at checkout; no customs duties within the EU single market.

  • Non-EU in Europe (e.g., UK, CH, NO, IS): Local duties, taxes, or handling fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. Your carrier may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Enter your full, accurate address and a valid phone number.

  • If you need to change the address, contact destinycup.com@gmail.com immediately—changes may not be possible once the parcel is handed to the courier.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship (new shipping fee applies) or refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t moved on tracking for 7+ days, email destinycup.com@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll help resolve it with the carrier.
